AnastasiIa Kron (real name Anastasiia Korobova) is a photographer from St. Petersburg, working at the intersection of fine art, portrait, and reportage photography. Her creative method is rooted in many years of experience in the visual and performance arts.

She was born and raised in the village of Novy Gorodok (Kemerovo Region) in a creative family of artists, which determined her interest in art from childhood. She graduated from art and music schools, studied dance, which subsequently formed a special interest in various creative approaches.

She has been involved in photography since 2016. In her practice, she combines an intuitive approach obtained thanks to a performative background with deep theoretical knowledge, supported by an academic education. In her work, she uses both modern digital and film cameras.

In her projects, Anastasia explores philosophical and psychological issues of identity, mortality, and everyday life, transforming reflections into artistic statements.
